Edit an Action for a Record

You edit an action to update the due date, priority, assignee, and description. Actions can be associated with organizations, projects, and enquiries.

To edit an action for a record:

  1. Navigate to the record that you want to edit an action for.
    For information, see Searching for Records.
  2. Click the Actions tab.
    If the Actions tab is not visible on the header band, click more to display additional menu items.
  3. Click for the action that you want to edit.
  4. On the Action Edit window, update any properties for the action, as required.

  5. Click Save.
