Managing External Contacts on Records

You can add and manage external contacts on projects, enquiries, and opportunities. External contacts are people that work for third-party companies, such as contractors, subcontractors, architects, and so on.

External contacts can be invited to participate on projects, enquiries, and opportunities. When you invite an external contact, they are granted the External User license - this allows contacts to log on to PIM to access and upload documents to the records they have been invited to. Additional roles can be assigned to external users to extend their access rights.
