Manage Risks
Risk management is the process of identifying and recording internal or external events that may cause a project to fail to meet one or more of its objectives. As a project manager, you can record potential risks to your projects in a risk register so that you can proactively manage those risks and increase the chances of successfully delivering your projects.

You edit a risk to update its details, such as the owner, type, details, likelihood, and so on. - Close a Risk
As the owner of a risk, you are required to close risks after you have taken the appropriate mitigating action. Once you close a risk, it cannot be edited or reopened. - Report on Project Risks
As a project or risk manager, you can download a report in Word format that lists the details of all risks associated with a project.
