Filter Your Search Results
If many documents are returned in your search, you can apply one or more filters to narrow down the results.
| To filter by | Do this |

| Document pool | Click the document pool in the Document Pools pane to the left of the results. If the Document Pools pane is hidden, click
to display it.

| File type | Use the All File Types list to select the file type |
| Date range | Use the All Dates list to select a date range. You can filter by last week, last month, last year, or you can specify a custom date range. |
| Your published documents | From the All Documents list, select My Published Documents |
| Documents only, i.e., no emails | Click the
Exclude Emails toggle to enable it

| One or more custom filters, such as recipient, sender, organization, project, and so on. | Click the
Additional Filters toggle to enable it, and then select up to three filters. Click
Apply to apply the selected filters to the results.

To remove all filters and reset the search results, click Clear All Filters.
