Contract Item Responses
When you view a contract management item for a project, a number of actions may be available, depending on your role, the type of item, and the current stage of the item.
The table below provides descriptions of all actions.
| Option | Description |

| Complete | Select this option to complete an item. |
| View | Select this option to view the full details of an item. |
| Select this option to merge all details of an item, including all responses, into a Word document to download to your PC. | |
| View and Reply | Select this option to view and add a reply to an item. You can see other responses logged against an item, and add supporting documents. |
| Add More Recipients | Select this option to add additional recipients to an item. |
| Offline Reply | Select this option to add a response on behalf of another recipient assigned to an item. This might be a verbal or email response from a recipient that needs to be formally logged against an item. |
| Delegate | Select this option to delegate a request to another recipient assigned to an item. |
| Resend Emails | Select this option to resend email notifications for the current stage of an item. For example, if the item is a RFI, and the assigned recipients have not yet responded, you can resend the request to them via email. |
| Review | Select this option to review an item before you approve or reject it. Some items require approval before they can be completed. |
| Approve | Select this option to approve an item. This option is available after you click Review. |
| Reject | Select this option to reject an item. This option is available after you click Review. |
| Revert | Select this option to revert a completed item back to the response stage. This allows recipients to add additional responses. |
| Clone Item | Select this option to create a copy of an existing item. All information is copied to the new item, including recipients, attachments, user-defined questions, cost items, subject, message, and priority. Items that have been completed cannot be cloned. |
