View Actions for a Record

You can view all actions linked to a record via the Actions tab on a record. Actions can be linked to organizations, contacts, projects, and enquiries.

To view actions associated with a record:

  1. Navigate to the record that you want to view actions for.
  2. Click the Actions tab.
    If the Actions tab is not visible in the header band, click more to display additional menu items.
    By default, only outstanding actions for the record are displayed. You can filter the list of actions using one or more of the following filter options. After you select any filter options, click Search to update the results.
    Field Description
    Follow Up Select the person that is assigned to an action to filter the list by.
    Priority Select the action priority that you want to filter the list by.
    Status

    Select the status of actions that you want to filter the list by. The available options include completed, outstanding, overdue, due in 7 days, or due in 30 days.

    Type

    Select the type of action that you want to filter the list by.

    Organization

    Select an organization to filter the list of actions by.
