Generate a Full Register Report

You can generate a report on all document placeholders against a project. You choose to generate the report as a PDF or Excel file.

To generate a register report:

  1. Navigate to the project.
    You can find projects that you are involved with in the Projects dashpart in the Personal Zone. Alternatively, you can search for a project in the Activity Zone.
  2. On the project window, click the DLM tab.
  3. Click the Document Control & Reporting tab.
  4. Click Register Report.
  5. In the Report Format dialog box, click the report format that you want to create.
