Check in a Document

You can undo a document check-out for any document that is currently checked out by another user. This is useful when an employee leaves your organization, or is away on sick leave. Any changes the user has made to the document after the check-out are not maintained.

To check in a document:

  1. Navigate to the Admin Zone
  2. Click the Force Check-in tab.
  3. Select the document(s) that you want to check back in.
  4. Click Force Check In.
