Print a Barchart

Use this procedure to print a barchart.

To print a barchart view:

1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in barchart view.

2. From the File menu, click Print > Print Options.

3. In the Print Options dialog box, select the print options for your report, and click OK.

4. To preview your printed report, take one of the following actions:

   • On the File menu, click Print > Preview.
   • On the Quick Access Toolbar, click the Print Preview button.

5. To print the barchart, take one of the following actions:

   • If you select Print Preview, click Print from the preview screen.
   • If you did not select Print Preview, click Print > Print on the File menu, or click the Print button on the Quick Access Toolbar.
