Create an Activity in a Barchart View

Use this procedure to create an activity in a barchart view.

To create an activity in a barchart view:

1. In the Project Views folder of Open Plan Explorer, select a project to display in barchart view.

2. Take one of the following actions:

   • On the Edit tab, click A dd Activity.
   • Double-click the selection button at the left edge of a blank row in the spreadsheet pane.

3. In the Activity Details dialog box, enter the information about the activity.

   Although you do not need to enter all the information at this time, each activity must have a unique ID.

4. When you have entered as much information as you want, click Close.
