Setting System-Wide Preferences
You can set system-wide options in Open Plan by clicking Application on the File menu > Preferences submenu to display the Options dialog box.
Creating a New Project or Ancillary File
When you create a new project or ancillary file, you have the option of creating it using default settings or using the New File Wizard to specify some or all of the settings.
Assigning an Ancillary File to a Project
When you create a project using the New File Wizard, you have the option of assigning ancillary files during the procedure. However, if you create the project using Open Plan defaults, only the <Default> calendar is assigned.
