Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View Customer Documents

Use these steps to view a document associated with a specific customer.

To view a document:

  1. Under the Customers menu section, go to the Customers workspace.
  2. Use the search filter and/or the Search field to select a customer.
  3. In the Documents tab, select a line.
  4. Click Row Tools » View Document.
    The file is downloaded to your computer/device.
