Once a report contains columns, you can sort the rows in that report by specifying columns and indicating whether you want to sort rows in ascending or descending order, depending on their value for those columns.
To sort the rows in a report:

Go the report workspace you want to use.
Note: If you are currently customizing an unsaved report, proceed to step 4.

In the search filter at the top of the workspace, select
My Reports.

In the search field, type the name of the saved report you need and select it from the dropdown.
Maconomy displays the report on the workspace.

Click
+ Add sort order column.

In the Select Columns dialog that displays, select the column/s against which you want Maconomy to sort the rows in your report.

Click
Ok.

In the
Sort order pane field for each specified column, indicate whether you want the rows sorted in ascending or descending order.
Note: At this point, you can already run the report even without saving your changes.

Save.
