Use these steps to create a user action group and add actions to it.
To create a user action group:

Under the Setup menu section, go to
.

Click
+ New User Action Group.

In the New User Action Group wizard that displays:

Enter a name for the user action group. This is a required field.

Click
Continue.

Select the checkboxes for the actions you want to assign to the user action group, clicking
Continue or
Back as needed to view all the available actions.

Click
Create.
Maconomy displays the new user action group on the workspace.
Note: To assign this user action group to a window group, use either the Users workspace or the Employees workspace in the Workspace Client.
