Business Objects (BO) Patch Information

Note: Only patch versions with the "Certified" note have passed certifications testing for Maconomy BPM. Other patch information have been found through internal testing.

BusinessObjects 4.3 SP4 Patch Information

Note: Certified for 2.6.1 CU 17 onwards.

BO 4.3 SP4 Patch 7 resolves a known issue wherein the following error message displays upon refreshing a report with different selection criteria values: 

An internal error occured while calling
'processDPCommands' API. (Error:ERR_WIS_30270)

This error has been reported to occur on BO 4.3 installations. Refer to the following SAP notes for more information (requires SAP account to log in):

BO 4.3 SP4 Patch 6 resolves an issue that occurs while running an ad-hoc report using crosstab tables. When you add a break and break header to the report, once the measure is updated or changed, the following error message displays: 

[IllegalArgumentException] <false>
(Error: RWI 00011)

This error has been reported to occur on BO 4.3 SP4 Patch 5 installations. Refer to the following SAP note for more information (requires SAP account to log in):

Patch 11 For Maconomy 2.6.1 CU 17 onwards, you may encounter the following issues while using this Patch:
  • Cannot proceed to BI Launch Pad from Workspace Client.

Patch 6 For Maconomy 2.6.1 CU 17 onwards, you may encounter the following issues while using this Patch:
  • Cannot proceed to BI Launch Pad from Workspace Client.
Patch 5

You may encounter the following issues while using this Patch:

  • Drill filter displayed empty values so you did not have the option to change the filter's value.
  • When you ran an ad-hoc report using cross-tab tables, and then added a break and break header, an error message displayed once the measure was updated.
Patch 4

You may encounter the following issues while using this Patch:

  • Error in which incorrect dates were processed from OpenLive (WSC) to BO.
  • Accessibility issues occurred with WebI reports containing special characters in its name.
