Enter a New 2FA PIN on iOS 14 (or earlier)

The 2FA code expires automatically after three months by default. In addition, it expires when you switch to a different user, change your password, reset a PIN, or tap Forget me on this device on the Settings screen. In these scenarios, you must enter a new 2FA PIN.

To enter a new 2FA PIN:

  1. On the Login screen, enter your username and password, and then tap Log In.
  2. Take one of the following steps:
    • Use your 2FA app to generate and copy a passcode. Your 2FA app may be on the same device where Touch is installed or on a different one.
    • Tap Logging in from a new device? Click here to receive a reset token via email. Copy the reset token, and paste or enter the code on the Enter Token screen.
