Routine Login
This section includes steps on how to use your PIN or biometrics and switch your login preferences.
When you have successfully logged on to Deltek Touch for the first time, your registered security PIN or biometric authentications are stored in your device for simplified future logins. You can switch from using PIN to biometrics or vice-versa on the Settings screen.
If you use the Touch app on an unencrypted device (that is, a phone with no PIN or biometrics configured), you are not allowed to use a PIN to log in to the app. Instead, you will need to enter your credentials each time you want to log in. In addition, all your user settings will revert to default values when you log out.
When a system maintenance window is scheduled, you are also notified in the app upon logging in.
