My Employees Reports

This section describes the reports that have "My Employees" in the name.

BPM Reporting restricts access to employee data through implementation of the following controls:

  • Row-Level Access Control: Based on how your user role is set up on Maconomy, it defines which employees you can see in reports and the list of values; for example, a Department Manager can view the data of employees they are managing.
  • Field-Level Access Control: Limits access to individual fields on the employee card; for example, the Social Security Number (SSN) of employees may not be visible in reports nor in the list of values (the field is blank on the report and the list of values).

The following reports are designed to show only the data for employees to which the current user has access:

  • Realization My Employees
  • Realization My Employees, by Account Manager
  • Realization My Employees, by Employee
  • Utilization My Employees
  • Utilization Transactions My Employees
  • Utilization My Employees, by Employee
  • Time Sheet Overview My Employees

Existing reports without "My" in the report name (for example, Realization Employees) behave as usual, without the mentioned restriction.
