Employee Tab
This section includes the fields and descriptions for the Employee Information tab.
Employee Information island
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Employee No. | The field displays the employee number. |
| Name 1 | This field displays the employee's name. |
| Initials | This field displays the employee's initials. |
| Position | This field displays the job position of the selected employee. |
| Phone | This field displays the phone number of the selected employee. |
| This field displays the e-mail address of the selected employee. | |
| Employee Access | This field is displayed if you have access to the employee card of the selected employee. This field is not available in the standard layout. |
| Show Details | The link is displayed if the user has access to the employee in the Employees workspace. |
