Employee Number |
This field shows the employee number If you are working on a non-planning budget type, you can edit this field. This is a mandatory field on time activities. |
Employee |
This field shows the employee's name. If you are working on a non-planning budget type, you can edit this field. This is a mandatory field on time activities. |
Prior Hours | This field shows the total hours for all prior periods budgeted on the current job budget before the current period. |
[Month], Hours |
These fields display the months in the current period and how many hours are allocated per month. If you are working on a non-planning budget type, you can modify the hours on each line. |
Future Hours | This field shows the total hours for all later periods budgeted on the current job budget after the current period. |
