Field Description
Employee Number

This field shows the employee number

If you are working on a non-planning budget type, you can edit this field.

This is a mandatory field on time activities.

Employee

This field shows the employee's name.

If you are working on a non-planning budget type, you can edit this field.

This is a mandatory field on time activities.

Prior Hours This field shows the total hours for all prior periods budgeted on the current job budget before the current period.
[Month], Hours

These fields display the months in the current period and how many hours are allocated per month.

If you are working on a non-planning budget type, you can modify the hours on each line.

Future Hours This field shows the total hours for all later periods budgeted on the current job budget after the current period.
