My Conversations Tab

This section includes the fields and descriptions for the My Conversations tab.

Conversation island

This island displays details about the conversation you selected from the filter list.

Field Description
Conversation Type Examples are job, invoice, vendor invoice, and so on.
Database Relation This field displays the database relation of the current conversation.
Priority This field displays the priority you set for the current conversation. Possible values are Pinned, Muted, or Normal.
Priority settings are always employee-specific, so any priority you specified for a conversation applies to you only.
Text This field displays the text of the latest message in the current conversation.
Send Date This field displays the date when the latest message in the current conversation was sent.
Send Time This field displays the time when the latest message in the current conversation was sent.
Conversation Title This field displays the title of the current conversation.
Unread Count This field indicates how many unread messages you have for the current conversation.
Unread This field indicates whether you have unread messages for the current conversation. Possible values are Yes or No.
Mentioned This field indicates whether you are mentioned in at least one message in the current conversation. Possible values are Yes or No.
If the employee is mentioned in one or more unread messages for a conversation, the field value is Yes.
