Peppol Mapping Header Tab

This section includes the fields and descriptions for the Peppol Mapping Header tab.

Mapping Information Island

Field Description
Mapping Name This field displays the mapping name for the mapping type you selected from the filter list.

When you click the New Peppol Mapping Header action to create a customized mapping, this field becomes editable. Enter a unique name for the mapping.

You cannot change the value of this field once you create and save the customized mapping.

Mapping Type This field displays the type of invoice for which the mapping details in the tab and sub-tab will be used.

When you click the New Peppol Mapping Header action to create a customized mapping, this field becomes editable. Select a value from the drop-down list.

The available options are:

  • Job Cost Invoice
  • Job Cost Credit Memo
  • Order Invoice
  • Order Credit Memo

You cannot change the value of this field once you create and save the customized mapping.

Standard Mapping If the mapping name/type you selected from the filter list is a standard mapping, this check box is automatically selected.

You cannot edit or delete standard mappings.

Default Mapping If the mapping name/type you selected from the filter list is a default mapping, this check box is automatically selected.

When you click the New Peppol Mapping Header action, this check box becomes editable. Select this check box if you want the customized mapping you are creating to be the default mapping for a specific mapping type (or invoice type).

Once you select this check box on the customized mapping you are creating and you save your changes, Maconomy automatically deselects the previous mapping specified as default for that mapping type (or invoice type).

You cannot clear this check box directly on an existing mapping (whether standard or customized).

Show Unused Lines On standard mappings or existing customized mappings, you can select this check box if you want to display all Peppol elements or lines on the sub-tab, including unused lines.
