Recalculate Prices

Since cost and billing prices can change over time, Maconomy lets you re-calculate the budgeted prices on the individual item lines. The budgeted billing price is calculated according to the same principles as for order lines in the Sales Orders window. The budgeted cost is the item’s cost in the relevant warehouse according to the cost method at the time of the budget, unless you have entered a vendor on the job budget line, for which there is a purchase price list, which includes the given item. In this case, the budgeted cost is retrieved from the price list.
