Dashboard | This is the default landing page for DLZ.
When you log in to DLZ, the Dashboard screen displays along with the News and
Announcements items relevant to you.
On top of the Dashboard screen is a new Search bar, which also displays on the Learning Search and Search Results screens. It accepts keywords and displays matching results in the course/learning path name and course/learning path description and applies the user’s product and role associations to initial keyword search. The matching search term or keyword is highlighted on the title and description of the courses and learning paths results. When you first search through the Learning Search menu, the default product and roles filters apply; but when you have already performed a search and then used the Learning Search menu to perform another, then the most recent filters and selections apply. |
Users | Use this screen to add, edit, view details and list of, and deactivate users. This is only available for Point of Contact Administrators. |
Learning Profile | Use this screen to view your DLZ activities, including the learning paths and courses you have taken or are currently taking, course history, or courses and classes on your watch/wait list. For a POC user, the Learning Profile page can be used to view user information, including learning paths and courses where a user is enrolled, course history, and course watch list and class waiting list. A POC can also view courses, drop or enroll self or others from learning path or course, email a user, or edit user information. Non-POC users can also edit their information through the Edit User option, but they cannot elevate their access level to that of a POC. |
Learning Search | This is the default landing page for DLZ. Use this screen to search and view the details of courses and learning paths available to your organization. Each learning path is a set of courses with a common theme or learning objective. |
POC Reports | Use this menu option to view and download Asset Ranking and Student History reports. The Asset Ranking Report includes Data Points, Asset Name, Asset Type, Enrollment Frequency, and Completion Count. The Student History Report includes the Employee Name, Courses/Learning Path Taken, Product, Progress, Date Started, and Date Completed. Both reports are paginated and may be downloaded as CSV files. |
