It is possible to set system-wide configuration options in Deltek Time & Expense with ESS.

Use the Manage Wage Schedules screen to set up a new wage schedule record or to change or delete an existing one. - Manage Leave Types
Use the Manage Leave Types screen when you initialize Deltek Time. You should set up leave types before you set up timesheet classes. - Manage Timesheet Classes
Use the Manage Timesheet Classes screen to associate business rules with certain types of employees. This screen allows you to add, edit, delete, and link items for a timesheet class. Costpoint supports an unlimited number of timesheet classes. Examples of timesheet classes are "Hourly" or "Salary."
