Payroll Lock Audit

The Payroll Lock Audit form is a view-only form that allows you to track and audit when a time reporter's timecard was payroll locked or payroll unlocked. Each record applies to one single action.

Payroll lock can occur when the time reporter's Sign Policy allows automatic payroll lock when the timecard is signed by the employee and/or supervisor, or when a post date or pay period is payroll locked/unlocked via the Payroll Lock form or the PAYROLL_LOCK service.

Note: When a post date or period is payroll locked, it is the equivalent to the post date/period being signed. When a post date or period is payroll unlocked, it is the equivalent to the post date or period being unsigned.
