The Filter Group tab on the Charge Element form is a view-only form that shows the Charge Filtration Groups to which a selected charge element has been assigned. The Filtration Groups are defined on the Charge Filtration form with the Group Type FILTRATION.
To use this tab form:
Click Main Menu > Administration > Charge Element > Charge Element.
Click the Filter Group tab.
The Filtration Groups (if any) to which the charge element has been assigned will appear.
Filtration Group
The identifying name of the Filtration Group. Filtration Groups are defined on the Charge Filtration form with the Group Type FILTRATION.
Charge Type
Charge item to which users assigned to the Filtration Group can post time. Available options are defined on the Charge Type form.
Element Name
Identifies a type of charge element that is included in the Filtration Group. Charge elements are defined for a Charge Type. For example, for the Charge Type ORDER, the Element Names are ORDER, OPERATION, and ACTIVITY.
If the Element Name is All, then all the charge elements for this Charge Type will be included in the Filtration Group.
Charge Element
Identifies a specific charge element that is included in the Filtration Group.
For example, Order 100, Operation 20, Activity 10 is selected on the Charge Element form. This charge element is included in the Filtration Group called Filtration_Hourly. In the Filter Group tab, this record would display as Filtration Group Filtration_Hourly, Charge Type ORDER, Element Name ACTIVITY, and Charge Element 100/20/10.
Level Number
Identifies at which level in the charge element hierarchy the Element Name is listed. The Level Number will be set to 0 if the Element Name is All.
Start Date, End Date
Dates when the Charge Element record is active in the Filtration Group.
