Audit Group

Detail form: Audit Group Table

The Audit Group form is used to enable an audit trail for the following modules: HIERARCHY, PAY SCALES, PERSON, TERMINAL, and TRANSACTION. The modules are made up of the tables that are listed n the Audit Group Table form.

When a module is enabled for auditing, you can track data that has been added, updated, and/or deleted in any of the tables that apply to the module. After you enable a module for auditing, you pick the specific system tables and actions you want to track by selecting them on the Audit Group Table form. You can view the audited data on the Audit Log and Audit Log Detail forms.

By default, the Audit Groups are not enabled. To enable them, see Enable/Disable an Audit Group.
