Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Field Indicators

Several indicators mark the fields on the screen when you add, edit, or configure settings.

Field Description
Required You must enter a value in this field in order to continue a task. This field is marked with an asterisk (*) and labeled Required.
Editable This field allows you to enter or select a value. This field is marked with C:\Users\VeronicaSantos\Documents\FROM D DRIVE\My Tasks\2019\Costpoint Mobile T&E\Icons and Screenshots\User Guide Icons\cpm editable field.jpg and allows you to enter or select a value.
Read Only Fields without a forward arrow are defined by your company or set by using pre-saved favorites and are non-editable.
