Nonconformance Subtask
Use this subtask to view the linked nonconformance records information.

Note: For Costpoint Cloud, this subtask is available only if you choose to opt in to Feature 1979149 for the Costpoint 2025.3 release. The ability to opt in is temporary and will be removed when the feature becomes automatically enabled for all users as part of a future Costpoint release. See the
Manage Opt-In Features topic for more information.
Note: In 2025.3 this will only show Nonconformance records that are linked to the order via the Nonconformance header order reference ID. In 2025.4 this will also show any orders linked in the Impacted Orders subtask of the Manage Nonconformance screen.
This screen also displays an information banner saying “This Order has an Active Nonconformance". This appears for orders referenced on the Nonconformance header as well as in the Impacted Orders subtask.
Nonconformance

| Warehouse | This field displays the warehouse ID. The warehouse determines the transaction ID from the transaction assigned to the warehouse. |
| Nonconformance ID | This field displays the system assigned identification tied to the warehouse. |

| NC Quantity | This field displays the nonconformance quantity. |
| NC Type Class | This field displays the nonconformance type class. |
| Priority | This field displays the priority value of the nonconformance. |
| NC Date | This field displays the current date. |
| Material Handler | This field displays the name of the material handler which defaults from the logged in user information. |
| Part ID | This field displays the build part ID. |
| Part Revision | This field defaults the part revision from the item revision linked to the item ID. For single revision, this field displays the user revision or last revision. For multiple revision, this field displays the part revision. |
| Part Description | This field displays the part description. |
| Order Reference Type | This field displays the order reference type and determines the lookup types in the Order Reference ID. |
| Order Reference ID | This field displays the order reference ID depending on the Order Reference Type. |
| Release No | This field displays the purchase order release number. |
| Component Line No | This field displays the component line number. |
| Nonconformance Summary | This is a free-text field describing the nonconformance summary. |
