Closing Plan

You can utilize this screen to standardize and create a structured, repeatable process that helps reduce manual effort, avoid errors, and increase efficiency.
On this screen, you can:
- define structured close plans with clear start and end dates
- break down the plan into individual tasks
- assign tasks to specific users
- define the Costpoint screen for performing a task
- track the progress of the plan or its tasks
- mark the task as Auto to automatically run it in a batch job
- mark a task or a plan as complete
