Dela Help Content Links Subtask
Use this subtask to provide the locations of documents that Ask Dela can reference when responding to inquiries related to the content in the documentation. Additionally, Ask Dela will provide a content link to the documentation in its responses. Supported file formats are PDF, DOC, DOCX, and HTML.

| Field | Description |

| ID | Enter a name for the help content link. Ask Dela will display this name for the link. |
| Company | Enter, or click
, to assign a company.

| URL | Enter the URL to the document's location, such as the company site or intranet. |
| Alternative Network Path | Optionally, enter an alternate network path to use, such as a UNC or internal file share location, if the Costpoint server can not reach the primary URL.
Note: The file name for this URL must match the file name in the
URL field.

| Description | Enter details about the document. |
| Processed Date | This field displays the last date the document was successfully processed. An empty value indicates that the file has not been processed or the last processing attempt failed. |
| Failure Reason | This field displays additional details if processing failed due to a corrupted file, inaccessible path, or unsupported format. |
