Manage Contract Deliverables

Use this screen to create, view, and maintain deliverables associated with contracts.

Note: For Costpoint Cloud, you can choose to opt in to this feature for the Costpoint 2025.4 release. The ability to opt in is temporary and will be removed when the feature becomes automatically enabled for all users as part of a future Costpoint release. See the Manage Opt-In Features topic for more information.

This application supports both one-time and recurring deliverables, enabling you to define due dates, assign owners, track status, and configure email reminders. Deliverables can be categorized by type and linked to specific contracts.

The screen includes options to:

  • Set up recurrence patterns (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly)
  • Assign deliverable owners and additional email recipients
  • Configure reminder settings and notification timing
  • Track deliverable status and completion
  • Download reminders to Outlook (.ics format)

This screen is also available as a subtask of the Manage Contracts application (Contract Info tab > Contract Deliverables subtask).

Note: While deliverable reminder settings are configured in Manage Contract Deliverables or Manage Contracts, email notifications will not be sent automatically. To trigger the notifications, you must run the Contract Notification Preprocessor application, either manually or as a scheduled job.
