Use this subtask to view and edit the state information for the selected W-2c.

Field	Description
Previously Reported 15 State	Enter the previously reported state code (box 15). If you will add a new state, leave this state as blank because it does not exist in the previously reported states and populate its corresponding amount with 0.00.
Previously Reported Employer's State ID Number	This non-editable field displays the state ID of the employer for which the W-2c record is being entered. It will default from the state tax ID assigned to the state for the employee's taxable entity in Manage State Tax Override by Taxable Entity screen, if applicable. Otherwise, it will default from the Tax ID assigned to the State on the Manage State Taxes screen.
Previously Reported 16 State wages, tips, etc.	Enter the previously reported state wages amount (box 16). If you will add a new state, leave the state as blank because it does not exist in the previously reported states and populate this amount with 0.00.
Previously Reported 17 State income tax	Enter the previously reported state income tax amount (box 17). If you will add a new state, leave the state as blank because it does not exist in the previously reported states and populate this amount with 0.00.
Correct Information 15 State	Enter the correct state code (box 15). If the state should be removed from the existing states, leave this as blank and populate its corresponding amount with 0.00.
