  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.

  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

COVID 19 Box 14 Subtask

Use the subtask to enter Box 14 information of the three types of COVID-19 leave wages.

Previously Reported

If you will add a new box 14 COVID-19 code, leave the Description field in the Previously Reported group box blank and then enter 0.00 in the corresponding Amount field.

Field Description
Sick leave wages paid to the Employee requiring care This section contains the following fields:
  • Description: Enter the description for the previously reported COVID-19 sick leave wages paid to the employee requiring care.
  • Amount: Enter the amount for the previously reported COVID-19 sick leave wages paid to the employee requiring care.
Sick leave wages paid to the Employee caring for others This section contains the following fields:

If you are removing a code from the existing box 14 COVID-19 codes, leave the Description field blank and then enter 0.00 in the corresponding field.
