Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Organization Charges Subtask

Use the Organization Charges subtask to view the organizations charged, and the hours and dollars charged to these organizations, for the selected employee.

Field Description
Employee This field displays the employee ID.
Employee Name

This field displays the employee name.

Fiscal Year

This field displays the fiscal year for the information displayed.

Table Window

Field Description
Organization

This field displays the specific organizations charged within the fiscal year.

Organization Description

This field displays the description for the associated organizations charged.

Hours

This field displays the total hours charged to the associated organization for the fiscal year.

Amount

This field displays the total dollar amount charged to the associated organization for the fiscal year.

Period Click this link to open the Period subtask, which displays the periods in which these organization charges took place.
