Use the fields and options to configure the Update Employee Telephone Types screen.

Field Description
Show Non-Standard

Click this button to view all non-standard telephone types  that currently exist for several employee records in Costpoint. Non-standard telephone types are the values not typically available in the Types drop-down list on the Phone subtask of the Manage Employee Information screen.

Old Telephone Type

Enter, or click to select, an old (that is, non-standard) telephone type. When you choose the New Telephone Type and click , all applicable employee address/telephone records that have the old telephone type are replaced with the new telephone type.

New Telephone Type

Enter, or click to select, a new telephone type from the drop-down box. This telephone type replaces all applicable employee address/telephone records that have the Old Telephone Type.

Process

Click to convert the old telephone types to new telephone types for employee address/telephone records.
