Current Salary Information Tab

Managers use this screen to view the salary information of their direct/indirect reports.

The data on this tab loads from the Salary Information and History (EMPL_LAB_INFO) table.

Payroll

Field	Description
Effective Date	This field displays the date for the data displayed
Annual Salary	This field displays the employee's annual amount earned.
Hourly Rate	This field displays the employee's hourly amount earned
Rate Type	This field displays the category of the employee's rate.
Yearly Hours	This field displays the estimated number of work hours in the year for the employee.
FLSA Class	This field displays if the employee is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Employee Class	This field displays the class description in which the employee is included.

Employment

Field	Description
Job Title	This field displays the employee's title.
Manager	This field displays the employee's manager.
Supervisor	This field displays the supervisor from the employee's salary information.
Location	This field displays the employee's labor location.
Home Org	This field displays the employee's home organization.
HR Org	This field displays the employee's human resource organization.
Security Org	This field displays the employee's security organization.

Personnel Actions

Field	Description
Action 1	This field any personnel action for the employee.
Action 2	This field any personnel action for the employee.
Action 3	This field any personnel action for the employee.
Next Review	This field displays the date when the employee is due for their next review.
Last Review	This field displays the date when the employee had their previous review.
