Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Preview Subtask

Use this subtask to view EAC versions to be deleted according to the criteria you set.

The following information displays on the Preview subtask.

Column Headings Description
Project ID This column displays the ID of the project to which the EAC belongs.
Version No This column displays the version number of the EAC.
Version Code This column displays the version code assigned to the EAC.
Organization This column displays the ID of the organization to which the EAC belongs.
Closed Period This column displays the date of the EAC closed period.
Created Date This column displays when the EAC was created.
