Uploading Assets

Assets are images, documents, web captures, HTML5 banner ads, audio, or video files that you upload to ConceptShare. You can upload Assets through the Assets tab or directly to the Review that you are creating.

File Size Limit

You can upload files of up to 2GB in size. This limit applies to individual files, not your account's total storage.

To view your account's storage capacity, go to Gear Wheel > Account Usage.

  • If you turn off your machine
  • If you upload an unsupported file
  • If you upload files whose size exceeds the limit
Note: ConceptShare will ask you to confirm the action before applying it.
The following actions can potentially interrupt the upload process:

Note: If the upload fails, you will need to re-upload the file.

Browser Extensions / Plug-ins May Cause Upload Issues

Some browser extensions and plug-ins may cause file upload issues. You can switch to a different browser to see if you are able to upload files without issue.

If the issue persists, you can try disabling extensions to isolate which one is causing the problem.
