Bugs

• Activity Feed: Annotated asset thumbnail disappeared when comment was replied to.
• Admin Panel: Could not modify user's Active/Inactive status.
• Assets: DOC to PDF conversion did not render the last page that contained footnotes.
• Assets: Encoded External URLs would lose their encoding upon request.
• Cookies: SameSite attribute prevented ConceptShare from being displayed while embedded.
• Proofing Workspace: Filter Options did not display in Proofing Workspace.
• Partner Key: Updating passwords prevented authentication.
• Proofing Workspace: The Edit Replies box did not open existing feedback to allow for editing.
• Proofing Workspace: Users could see comments in the Proofing Workspace even with the permission See Asset Comments set to No.
• Resources: Users displayed as Inactive on the instance level but Active on the account level.
• Resources: Inactive users at the instance level could be activated from the account level.
• Security: A reviewer could change the markup image of other users' feedback
• Security: There was no CSRF support for markup image uploading.
• Work: Filter results displayed "No results found" even before search filters were applied.

New Features

• Branding Updates
  • Branding settings have been reorganized for clarity on where text and images are used.
  • You can now design your email header. Use your logo and brand color to make ConceptShare emails fit your brand.
  • The email notification subject and "from" name are now your account name.
• API: A new callback, REVIEW_ASSETS_READY, notifying users when all assets for a review have been processed and the review is ready for participants to begin proofing, has been added. Recommend for all integrators to consider using this instead of the REVIEW_CREATED callback.
• API: A new resource URL option to launch users directly to a specific asset in a review has been added.
• Assets: The option to include PowerPoint speaker notes for review has been added.
• Settings: Account usage view for licenses and storage will be available for Administrators. Account Role permissions can control which other users can see it.

Enhancements

• Assets: Feedback Summaries now have distinct file names driven by the project, deliverable, asset or review from which they are initiated.
• Assets: The Assets tab in a project is hidden to users without the View Assets permission.
• JIRA: Users no longer need to make their email addresses public to use ConceptShare. A background tool will manage uniquely identifying users.
• Proofing Workspace: The Proofing Workspace now opens in the Feedback section by default to allow reviewers to begin work immediately.
• Resources: New users are automatically added as Active but you can toggle them Inactive before adding them, if appropriate.

Bugs

• Activity Feed: The current status of a review did not display.
• Assets: There were four clickable areas on an asset card or folder when there should only be one.
• Assets: DOC to PDF conversion did not render the last page that contained footnotes.
• Assets: The asset alignment in the upload dialog was broken.
• Assets: Upload preferences were not applied if file was not selected.
• Branding: The favicon section caused a console error in Google Chrome.
• Cookies: SameSite attribute prevented ConceptShare from being displayed while embedded.
• Integrations: JIRA Cloud - When generating a Feedback Summary for completed reviews, the review name was not prefixed to the file name.
• Notifications: Review Responses All Responded email fired too early.
• Projects: The full project list did not display on the Projects dashboard.
• Proofing Workspace: 2-page document display with comment pins caused a console error.
• Proofing Workspace: Collapsed feedback in progress could not be resumed.
• Proofing Workspace: Dashes in PDF files did not display correctly.
• Proofing Workspace: The video timeline did not show comment indicators.
• Resources: The full resource list did not display in list mode.
• Reviews: Asset upload preferences did not reflect in the Review dialog.
• Reviews: User could not open a review where the owner was not a member.
• Reviews: JIRA - The Action Required icon did not populate the correct value.
• When you created a review with a long name, the ellipsis did not display to indicate the omission of text.
• Reviews: The OK button tooltip in the review dialog did not update correctly.
• Reviews: Past asset versions made outside of a review were accessible via the Asset Info tab in the Proofing Workspace.
• Reviews: The response check mark had vertical lines. These lines should not be present.
• Reviews: Users without permission to add users could add new ConceptShare users to a review but could not save the review.
• Settings: In the phase modification dialog, the grid size was not bound correctly.
• Settings: Scroll bar moved to bottom of the page after Save.
• Smart Folders: The spinner could scroll off screen.
• Work: Filter results did not display any data even before any search was performed.
