Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Reclass

Use the Reclass feature to copy an existing class to a different class. Reclass is beneficial in the change control process to transform a proposed budget to an approved budget or to copy a budget to the forecast at the beginning of a project.

The Reclass utility takes into account how the following project preferences are set:
  • Allow changes to scope of in-progress Control Account/Work Package
  • Prevent editing of historical time phased values
  • Allow Reclass of completed Control Accounts or Work Packages. (This option may be changed in the Reclass wizard if not secured.)

Use the Reclass Preferences dialog box to select the options for running the Reclass utility. Use the Reclass wizard to run the Reclass utility.
