Integration Configuration Page of the Integration Wizard

Use this page to select an existing configuration or create a new one.

Imported data includes, but is not limited to project structures, coding, Control Accounts and Work Packages, budget and forecast spreads, project status, resource information, and rates. The data to be imported can reside in either a scheduling tool or file.

Field Description
Create a new configuration

This option is enabled only if you have rights to create configurations as defined by the system administrator.

Open an existing configuration

Use this option to select a configuration that is defined and stored in the database.

Click to select a saved configuration from the lookup. You can click the column header to sort the data in the column.

Note: The lookup displays only personal configurations and those shared for all users. If you do not have rights to create a new configuration but can open an existing configuration, you will only have rights to change the file selection. All other pages will be filled in but disabled based on the saved configurations.
Description

This field is enabled only when you select the Open an existing configuration option. It displays the description of the selected configuration.

Where are you loading the data from?
This option displays if you are importing project data. Use it to select the source of the data you will import.
Note: This option is disabled if you select an existing configuration.
