Specify Scheduled Thresholds

To specify the target range for scheduled percentage, go to the Planning tab in the General area of the Configuration workspace.

The Planning tab is only available if you activated the Resource Planning module.

To specify the target range for scheduled percentage, complete the following steps:

1. In the Configuration workspace, click on the left edge of the Deltek CRM page to go to the General area.
2. Click the Planning tab.
3. In the first field under Scheduled Thresholds, enter the lowest scheduled percentage of available hours that is considered properly scheduled.

   For example, enter 95 if 95 percent or higher of employees' available hours must be scheduled to be considered properly scheduled. Employees with a scheduled percentage below 95 percent of their available hours will be considered underscheduled.

4. In the second field under Scheduled Thresholds, enter the highest scheduled percentage of available hours that is considered properly scheduled.

   For example, enter 105 if 105 percent is the maximum percentage of employees' available hours that can be scheduled to be considered properly scheduled. Employees with a scheduled percentage above 105 percent of their available hours will be considered overscheduled.
