Fields and Options

Use the tabs in the General area of the Configuration workspace to activate your Deltek CRM modules, define your organization structure (if you use organizations), and specify a variety of other configuration settings.

    Use the Organizations tab in the General area of the Configuration workspace to indicate if you want to implement an organization structure in Deltek CRM. If you do want to use organizations, also use the tab to enter information about the organization structure and to enter or import your organization IDs and names.

    You have the option to associate employees, generic resource, projects, and opportunities with organizations. To do that, you first use the Organization Structure Setup dialog box to select the type of structure and other properties of the structure.
