KB #000033: Stuck on Generating the Location Image Process

Description: After selecting a location in the floor plan, your report may remain stuck with the message "We are generating the location images. This can take up to 15 minutes," but the location image does not display.

Cause: This issue may be due to your browser's cache, network connection problems, or other possible factors.

Resolution: Refresh the page immediately after selecting a location on the floor map to display the location image.
