KB #000010: No Location Image on PDF Reports

Description: When you create a report item with a location of it in the project floor plan and then generate a report, the location image does not display in the PDF report.

Cause: The option to display the location is not enabled in your current layout template's settings.

Resolution: You can enable it under the layout settings on the Web version of ArchiSnapper. To do this:

1. Select the Layout tab.
2. On the Report layouts page, select the current template you are using for the affected report and click Edit.
3. On the Report layout page, select the 2. Settings tab.
4. In the Observation Table Layout section, select the Show Location Images checkbox
5. Click Save.
