Change an Activity Work Breakdown Structure

Before you change the work breakdown structure of an activity, you must group by WBS.

If your activities are already grouped by WBS, skip to step 4.

To change an activity work breakdown structure, complete the following steps:

1. Select the S1 // Projects tab.
2. In the Project pane, select the scenario that includes the activities you want to change. You can only move activities in scenarios, not projects.
3. In the Activities group, click the Activity View drop-down arrow and select Grouping > Group by WBS.
4. In the Activity view, drag and drop activities into the appropriate WBS grouping.
