View Resources' Tasks by Day, Work Week, or Week
Use the Calendar submodule to view the tasks allocated to one or more resources.
To use Calendar, you must have access to Scheduling as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To view tasks by day, work week, or week:

On the main toolbar, click
Scheduling
.
- In the left pane of the Scheduling page, click .

To change the current task view, on the toolbar:
- Click
Day View
to display the resource's tasks for the current day.
- Click
Working Week View
to display the resource's tasks for the current work week.
- Click
Week View
to display the resource's tasks for the current week.
- Click
Day View

To jump to a specific period in a view, on the toolbar:
- Click
View Previous Calendar Page
to display the previous day/week's tasks, or
View Next Calendar Page
to display the following day/week's tasks.
- Click
Go to Current Date
to display the current date's tasks.
- Click
View Previous Calendar Page

Click
View Mini Calendar
to display a weekly view of the current month. Use the arrows to display the previous or the next month, or click a date to display the tasks for the selected date.
