View Active and Inactive Tags

Use the Tags submodule to create new folders for checklist documents.

To use Tags in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To view active and inactive tags:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the active and inactive tags that you want to view.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Tags.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Active to view the active tags and Inactive to view the inactive tags.
    Note: If you want to view all the tags, click both Active and Inactive.
  5. If you want to hide the tags, click Active or Inactive again, as applicable.
